We aim to be as transparent as possible and will even give you a complete breakdown of your trip costs on request. We don’t charge any booking surcharges or credit card fees. Most companies will add 2.5% credit card charges on top of the holiday cost, which would equate to an extra £125 on a £5,000 holiday. Our inclusions and exclusions are clearly marked on your customised itinerary, however you can always get in touch if you're not sure about something.
We understand that sometimes you may need to postpone your holiday in the event of an emergency or sudden change in plans. If this happens, we'll always try to keep your deposit with us until you're ready to complete your booking - with no additional fees or holding charges. If there are no charges from hotels or suppliers, there will be no charges from us.
Our partnership with Travel Pack gives all our clients full ATOL protection on their flights-inclusive holidays. ATOL (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) is backed by the UK Government and protects you when you book a holiday with a UK travel company. This ensures that you do not lose money or become stranded abroad if your travel company collapses.
