The lodge lies in the Mara North Conservancy, just a 40 minute game drive from the nearest airstrip, and this exclusive and private wildlife area borders the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve.
Consisting of five elegant cottages, one family villa and one private villa, the lodge is the perfect place for both first timers to Kenya or people who are experienced travellers of the country.
Your access to this private and protected wildlife area is brought to life by Maasai warriors who will guide you throughout your stay. Imparting wisdom that goes back centuries in regards to animals and habitats, these fascinating people will ensure you’ll go home feeling connected to Kenya.

The lodge
Saruni Mara offers unrivalled privacy in undisturbed surroundings. The five luxury cottages are all individually decorated with a distinctive theme and character. A favourite with guests is the Love Shack, the lodge’s honeymoon suite located in a secluded corner of the property, providing dramatic views and romantic interiors. Each of the luxurious cottages feature breezy verandas overlooking stunning views, modern amenities, and organic toiletries.
Nyati House is a unique private wilderness home, located a five minute drive from the main property in its own secluded valley. Complete with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, and a large veranda, the house also boasts its own private safari vehicle, guide, and gorgeous gardens. It's the perfect place for a group or family who wish to experience the Masai Mara on their own schedule.
